POhd ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the POhd application.

Information we collect

• Files you process: Images and videos you upload are processed for enhancement only. We do not store or save your uploaded content on our servers.
• Account information: If you create an account, we collect your name, email, and a hashed password.
• Usage data: Anonymous diagnostics about app performance and crashes.

How we use information

• To provide and improve enhancement features.
• To maintain account security and cross-device sync (optional).
• To respond to support inquiries.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app, and only as required by law.

Data retention

All uploaded and enhanced content is automatically cleared every 24 hours. Nothing you upload persists on our infrastructure beyond that window. Local copies on your device remain until you delete them. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

Encryption & security

All uploads and downloads are transmitted over user-encrypted connections (TLS) and processed in isolated, ephemeral memory. Files are never indexed, shared, or used for training.

Acceptable use & content policy

Content uploaded to POhd must be lawful and comply with our Community Guidelines as well as the Google Play Developer Policies. Content that violates our policy or Google's policy — including illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or infringing material — will be automatically rejected and removed. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via the Data Deletion page or by emailing privacy@pohd.app.

Eligibility & age

POhd does not gate features by age range, but in line with the Google Play Developer Program Policies users are expected to be at least 18 years of age. By installing or using POhd you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you accept our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and this Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

POhd is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
