Use of the service

POhd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Your content

You retain all rights to images and videos you process with POhd. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Prohibited content

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Sexually explicit or exploitative material, especially involving minors.
• Content that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity.

Service availability

We strive to keep POhd available at all times, but offer no uptime guarantee.

Limitation of liability

POhd is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
